Approach
How we serve a church, slowly and with care.
We work the way a craftsman does: first we look and listen, and only then pick up our tools. Four movements, each one something a pastor and church leadership can see, question, and trust.
Movement I
Listen
We come to know you before we make anything.
Where we can, we visit. We sit in on worship, meet the people who keep the church running, and hear its story from those who lived it. Where distance makes that hard, we listen by call and by reading everything you are willing to share.
We ask who you hope will find you — and who has been missing.
What we’ll ask of youYour story, your schedule, your photographs, and the questions visitors ask you most.
Movement II
Illuminate
Order first, then beauty.
We shape the plan: what your website says first, how your social channels sound, what someone nearby finds when they search for a church.
Then we draw a visual language from your own community — its building, its colors, its history, its seasons. Nothing is borrowed from a template.
What we’ll ask of youA clear plan and designs to review with your pastor or leadership.
Movement III
Build
Fast, accessible, and simple to keep.
We build by hand, so your site loads quickly on an old phone in a parking lot, reads clearly for older eyes, and works with a keyboard or a screen reader — and so your posts, listings and search results all tell the same true story.
And we build for the volunteers who will look after it, so changing the schedule is a matter of minutes — not a phone call to “the tech person.”
What we’ll ask of youYour words and images, gathered together, and a few people willing to learn to care for them.
Movement IV
Bless & launch
We don’t simply hand over a password.
Before anything goes live we walk through it with you. We train the people who will keep it, patiently and in plain language, and leave written guidance behind.
Some churches like to pray over a new work like this one. If yours does, we would be honored to join you. Then we open the doors.
What we’ll ask of youA last read-through together — and, if you wish, a prayer.
Four things we will not do
A few promises, plainly kept.
We won’t
Sell you a template with your name poured into it.
We won’t
Chase trends that will look tired by next Easter.
We won’t
Fill your pages and feeds with stock photographs of strangers.
We won’t
Use pressure or tricks on your giving page — or anywhere else.
Begin with a conversation.
The first movement is simply listening. Tell us about your parish, and we will take it from there together.
